what #error do you get ? if error text not helpful: contact the respective external #statusnet #admins so they look in their #logs for more

In both cases I get "could not set up remote subscription" after clicking "confirm."

try http://ur1.ca/9r1cl though I am running version 1.0.0 - but I could look in #logs for something fishy

hm... well, I see both use 1.0.1 version - but I guess we need now more log output from those #sn admins (or some #identica admin)

      How can I contact them?

you could send them a message from your #sn server: username@domain (normally the 1st created user is the #admin - look in user directory)

I went to the page you referenced, but it's not meaningful to me.

By what mechanism is a user (non-developer) supposed to know when a fix is in and deployed so they can retry a failed attempt?

    • erkanyilmaz erkanyilmaz

well, there's not all #info available yet, what #causes your problem, so I guess let's just wait until people look in their logs

or some others take the time + reproduce it ;-)

Okay. I can wait and see. But in general is there a such a mechanism?

one could use #statusnet #bug tracker: http://ur1.ca/3dof8 to report + get more info if/when fixed or check release notes
